The Healthy School Program is a partnership between Real Journey Academies and Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP). We offer families low- to no-cost healthcare and resources.

How We Can Help

Our Health Navigators connect your family to the care and resources you need to thrive. We help you with:

  • Medical Care: Our team helps you find a doctor and schedule medical appointments and check-ups for your child.
  • Mental Health Support: We provide access to mental and behavioral health care to help manage stress, anxiety, or other challenges.
  • Family Resources: We can help you obtain resources like food, clothing, and housing.

We believe that when your child is healthy and happy, they're set up for success in both school and life. Because sometimes, you just can't do it all on your own.
