Our teachers put students first! They offer the personal attention, creativity, and create the passionate teaching environment that students need to learn. Supported by a committed team, RJA teachers provide an education that will help students succeed in college and beyond.	Our leaders communicate the school’s vision and goals to all our staff. They lead by example and by supporting you to ensure our vision and mission is achieved. RJA leaders are experts in the educational process with national experience.	We believe every person in our staff has a part to play in our student’s success. Our staff have an important role in ensuring students are learning in a safe and supportive environment. They can create positive, trusting relationships with students and improve school moral by encouraging parent and family involvement in education.
